Cancellations
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a cancellation fee of 1/2 the session cost before discounts. Please plan ahead. I appreciate as much advance notice of cancellations / rescheduling as possible.
Lateness
If you are late, you will still be charged for the time you reserved.
Payment
Cash and checks.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted via PayPal invoicing.
Insurance and Flexible Spending Reimbursement
On request I will provide you with a copy of your receipt that you can submit to your insurance company or flexible spending plan for reimbursement. Contact your plan to find out if my services are covered.
