Friendship and connection between the body and mind is so important to me because as a child I suffered from depression and painful muscle cramps. I felt alone and doctors had no solutions without nasty side effects from the drugs they prescribed. Out of desperation I did my best to help myself: At age 13 I wrote a list of nutrition and lifestyle ideas to help me balance myself. I posted it in my room to be a caring voice of encouragement when I was down in the dumps.

I spent the next twenty years growing that list of loving self-care actions with the help of many wise teachers. I developed a deep inner connection with myself so that even when life threw me curve balls, I had an underlying steadiness and self-trust inside. Later I began a 15-year journey of professional trainings in nutrition and hands on healing so that my clients would not have to be alone with their health struggles the way I was as a child.

I believe in a gentle but thorough approach to health that works to soften blocks in a way that feels comfortable for you.

Because healthy touch is profoundly nourishing for the body I offer bodywork in the form of craniosacral and acupressure therapy. It helps me understand your body more deeply.

So that you and I can both see and hear your body’s messages for you I use therapeutic dialogue and imagery.

I choose to work with nutrition because food is the fundamental way we build our bodies and it has amazing power to transform us.

Because you may need extra support for health challenges while you are learning healthy food habits, I make sure you have the right supplements of herbs, vitamins and minerals.

Nature connection and creativity are two aspects of self-care that are fun and have a profoundly positive effect on your well-being. I offer workshops and 3 day retreats so you can experience their power.
